Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to delegate tasks to others and coordinate a small team.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Starbucks coffeehouse shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming space.
• Ensure quality beverages and foods meet recipes and standards.
• Direct and coach team members on daily operations and customer service.
• Maintain store safety, cash handling, and policy compliance.
