Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Adhere to store policies and standards; ensure quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety.
• Six months experience interacting with customers to fulfill requests.
• Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees and coordinating workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and team on shift.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customer customization.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to meet targets.
• Maintain quality, safety and security in the store.
