Located inside UTC Mall, we are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated Manager to help us deliver a top-notch dining experience to our valued customers.

Le Parfait is looking for a French bakery and pastry shop manager to organize daily operations and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include scheduling staff shifts, monitoring daily expenses and revenues, and conducting weekly inventory. Success in this role requires experience in various roles within coffee/café shops or restaurants. You should also be available to work during opening hours, including weekends and holidays.

Ultimately, you will help increase profitability, boost customer engagement, and turn our café into a favorite local spot.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and bid farewell to customers
• Enhance sales by recommending our delectable French cuisines and sweets
• Manage daily operations of the café with a team of 10 employees (mix of part-time and full-time)
• Onboard new wait staff and baristas
• Train employees on drink preparation, proper use of coffee equipment, customer service, and sales techniques
• Understand labor cost percentages and schedule accordingly
• Conduct weekly inventory (packaging, wines, cleaning supplies, etc.)
• Ensure all shop areas are clean and tidy
• Advise staff on resolving customer issues and delivering excellent service
• Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and enhance our reputation

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in basic math
• Work experience as a café/coffee shop manager
• Keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Reliable, honest, and punctual
• Hospitality or food service experience
• High school diploma
• Additional certifications (e.g., in Business Administration, Hospitality, Food Manager License) are a plus
