Role Overview: As a Store Manager, you will drive retail growth by motivating associates to deliver excellent customer service, supporting the Dry Goods brand, and creating an inspiring store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Motivate and lead store employees to provide outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and setting an example.
• Perform duties of a sales associate and keyholder.
• Manage the interview process, including conducting screenings and reference checks.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and forecast future needs.
• Assess employee performance and provide feedback and evaluations.
• Develop staff skills through ongoing training.
• Handle payroll, time clock maintenance, and employee benefits enrollment.
• Implement merchandising plans and monitor store appearance and cleanliness.
• Develop solutions for customer issues and business challenges.
• Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts as needed.
