Role and Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you will:

• Maintain daily focus on achieving sales and profit goals
• Ensure total customer satisfaction
• Develop team members' skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation
• Recruit and select new team members
• Manage profit margins by overseeing P&L
• Follow and enforce company policies and procedures
• Perform operational and strategic duties

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail management experience, preferably in jewelry or specialty retail
• Knowledge of POS systems, scanners, and basic computer software
• Ability to interpret instructions in various formats
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends
