Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Providing personalized service to guests.
• Maintaining an attractive, organized, clean, and standardized coffee shop area.
• Taking inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Preparing foods like fresh fruit, coffee, and juices from concentrates.
• Stocking machines and dispensers.
• Setting up serving dishes, utensils, cups, and paper products.
• Arranging cold foods such as muffins and cereal for sale.
• Cleaning tables, wiping spills, and removing trash.
• Restocking supplies and washing equipment.
• Responding to guest requests and complaints.
• Following all safety and emergency procedures.

Requirements
