Exciting Opportunity: Property Attendant at Woodspring Suites in Henrico, VA!

About the Role: Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Property Attendant who is a committed team player and flexible in completing multiple hotel responsibilities. These include general preventative maintenance, cleaning public areas, prepping rooms for housekeeping, and assisting with laundry duties.

Primary Duties:

• Maintenance: Managing work orders promptly, adhering to preventative maintenance schedules. Tasks include carpet shampooing, cleaning floors, light electrical and plumbing work, preventative maintenance, janitorial work, parking lot upkeep, trash cleanup, drywall repair, painting, caulking, etc.
• Inventory: Managing maintenance supplies and tools, and placing orders with management.
• Housekeeping: Preparing rooms for housekeeping, including removing linens and trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs.
• Emergency Procedures: Knowing and following emergency protocols to ensure property and guest security.
• Other Duties as Assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Climbing stairs and ladders repeatedly.
• Performing tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
