Job summary

Community Coffee in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Route Sales Representative to generate new business and service existing customers along an assigned route. You will represent the brand and contribute to sales strategy while delivering products and equipment to FSOP customers.

The role requires at least 1 year of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and readiness for daily travel. On-site work environment with opportunities to engage at trade shows and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; aptitude test may be used in lieu of diploma.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 1 year of customer sales and service experience.
• Route sales and cold calling experience in a DSD environment preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL may be required for some routes.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Pre-employment physical completed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle to sell and deliver products to FSOP customers.
• Achieve route profitability targets through sales and service.
• Solicit additional product purchases from existing customers.
• Collect customer payments and manage daily deposits.
• Maintain records of sales, inventory, and deliveries.
• Load and maintain inventory on the truck for each stop.
• Ensure product freshness and manage customer inventory levels.
• Monitor and collect delinquent accounts as needed.
• Install, maintain, and recover coffee brewing equipment and branded merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction on visits.
• Participate in trade shows and events to promote products and services.
• Keep vehicle clean and perform routine maintenance checks.
• May be asked to perform additional duties as necessary.
