Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company is seeking a Roast and Grind Operator to ensure a continuous flow of coffee at the Collins Plant. You will run automated processing equipment, roast and grind coffee to specs, and manage green coffee storage and inventory while maintaining safety and GMP standards.

You will work with the R&G team, perform real-time quality checks, document production data in ERP, and contribute to sensory analysis of blends to maintain profile consistency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP/MES systems.
• Strong math skills for recipes and yields.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated coffee processing equipment.
• Manage green coffee storage and loading operations.
• Set up loading commands and maintain green bean silos inventory.
• Roast and grind coffee to meet profile specifications.
• Operate packaging prep equipment and palletize products.
• Complete shift logs, forms, and checklists.
• Perform real-time quality checks and troubleshoot equipment.
• Record production data in ERP; follow safety and GMP rules.
• Support continuous flow and assist leadership as needed.
• Engage in sensory analysis of roasted blends.
