Job summary

Trilliant Food & Nutrition in Little Chute, WI is seeking a Machine Operator to join our coffee production team. You will operate packaging equipment for cans and bottles, perform basic maintenance, and help ensure product quality from raw material through finished goods.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in food production, strong problem solving skills, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems. This full-time role offers a 2-2-3 shift schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment while meeting customer expectations
• Good attendance and performance track record
• 3+ years food production and/or machine operating experience
• Strong knowledge of coffee manufacturing and basic mechanical troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Operate state of the art equipment for processing and packaging beverages
• Ensure quality products meet customer needs
• Troubleshoot equipment and drive efficiencies in manufacturing
• Change over and adjust equipment between production runs
• Accurately manage inventory in ERP system
• Operate forklift or pallet jack to move materials
• Maintain plant sanitation and organize work area
• Assist in quality checks and participate in production meetings
