Job summary

Trilliant Food and Nutrition, LLC in Little Chute, WI is hiring an Assistant Machine Operator to support the production line, packaging, and ingredient blending. The role collaborates with Machine Operators to ensure safe, efficient operation and high-quality finished goods.

You will learn all processes involved in coffee and protein product production, cross-train on duties, and assist in scheduling, while maintaining a clean, orderly work area and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years food processing or packaging experience preferred.
• Understanding of food safety, workplace safety, and food quality standards is strongly preferred.
• The ability to read, write, speak and understand English is required.
• Able to lift and move boxes or bags weighing up to 50–75 lbs.
• Able to stand for up to 12 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Cross trained on machine operating.
• Complete paperwork and data entry.
• Inspecting equipment.
• Perform basic general machine maintenance.
• Keep production area clean and orderly.
• Packaging product.
• Palletizing finished goods.
• Cleaning equipment, either wet or dry processes.
• Visually inspect product and packaging.
• Move material and supplies to and from production area.
• Ensure accurate counts.
• Add materials to manufacturing equipment.
• Sorting and performing rework.
• Drive forklift to support business operations, as needed.
