Job summary

Trilliant Food & Nutrition in Little Chute, WI, is hiring an Assistant Machine Operator to support production lines and packaging operations. You will learn all processes involved in producing coffee and protein products, assist with maintenance, and help ensure accurate counts and proper packaging.

The role offers a 2-2-3 shift schedule with a 5:45am–6:00pm day, full-time benefits, and opportunities for growth within a thriving coffee production team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years food processing/packaging or machine operating experience preferred.
• Understanding of food safety and quality standards.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating production line, packaging, and ingredient blending equipment.
• Support Machine Operator to ensure safe, efficient operations and high quality finishes.
• Complete paperwork and data entry accurately and on time.
• Cross-train on machine operating duties and assist in scheduling or BOM changes.
• Keep the production area clean and organized; assist in training others.
