Job summary

Trilliant Food & Nutrition is seeking a Production Team Member in Little Chute, WI to support a production line, packaging, and ingredient blending. You will assist the machine operator, help ensure safe operation, and help produce high-quality finished products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English preferred.
• Strong mechanical abilities and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed and personally motivated.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet customer expectations.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting a production line, packaging, and/or ingredient blending equipment.
• Assist the Machine Operator and/or Assistant Machine Operator to ensure efficient and safe machine operation.
• Produce high quality product and finish product packaging; inspect equipment and perform preventive maintenance as needed.
• Complete paperwork and data entry; cross-train on other machine duties.
• May act as an Assistant Machine Operator from time to time.
