Job summary

Horseshoe Beverage Co. in Neenah, WI is seeking a Machine Operator to ensure safe, efficient operation and high-quality can and bottle production.

You will support packaging, assist with maintenance, and enter data in the ERP system while collaborating with operators, quality techs, and the area supervisor to keep the line running smoothly. The role requires 3+ years in food production or machine operation, proficiency in Excel, and a strong focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• 3+ years food production and/or machine operating experience.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; post-secondary education a plus.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of food safety and food quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate state-of-the-art equipment for beverage processing and packaging in cans and bottles.
• Collaborate with team to meet product quality and customer needs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and improve process efficiency.
• Change over and adjust equipment between production runs.
• Accurately manage inventory in ERP system.
• Operate forklift or pallet jack to move materials.
• Maintain plant sanitation and assist quality checks.
