Job summary

Qualifications

BA or BS degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends in a 24-7 operation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem solving, planning and execution abilities.
Proficient with PC systems; MS Word & Excel.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the Processing team in the Suffolk roasting plant.
Lead green receiving, roasting and grinding processes to meet productivity goals.
Provide guidance, coaching and performance reviews for team members.
Coordinate with Maintenance and Planner on equipment PMs and maintenance.
Promote Lean and 5S practices to improve OEE and safety.
