Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA is seeking a Processing Operator for our Suffolk, VA facility. You will roast and process coffee, manage roaster, grinder, and receiving lines, and handle paperwork. You will work to ensure smooth production, communicate status and changes, and maintain quality across lines.

Formación

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must have previous production line, packaging line, or manufacturing environment experience.
• Must be reliable, have strong work ethic, and be able to work independently or with others.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare for start-up of roasters and ensure green coffee is available; complete necessary paperwork.
• Operate blending, grinding, flavoring, and roasting processes; ensure quality output.
• Coordinate changeovers to minimize downtime and communicate changes to coworkers.
• Complete paperwork and reconcile daily production figures; communicate status to areas.
• Monitor quality, check moisture, grind, and color; ensure specs are met.
• Interface with OIT to monitor activities and production figures.
• Adhere to GMPs, safety and sanitation regulations; participate in meetings.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow 5S procedures; promote teamwork.
