Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Ability to collaborate with all parts of the operation to achieve goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to meet production and waste goals.
• Complete required documentation and reports; notify supervisor of malfunctions.
• Interpret work orders to ensure correct materials and specifications.
• Troubleshoot basic-to-moderate operation issues.
• Perform change-overs and coordinate with line support for materials delivery.
• Enter item data and print correct labels using packaging line systems.
• Program and adjust packaging machines based on specification sheets.
• Inspect packages for quality and segregate nonconforming goods.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety protocols.
