Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to hit production and waste goals.
• Complete all required equipment-related documents and report malfunctions.
• Interpret work orders and specifications to ensure correct materials and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic-to-moderate operating issues.
• Ensure coffee has adequate gas-off time and manage change-overs on packaging lines.
• Record downtime and related explanations; submit maintenance requests as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety; collect samples for QA purposes.
