WESTROCK COFFEE is seeking a Machine Operator to oversee the coffee packaging line and ensure safe, efficient operation. You will monitor equipment, interpret work orders, and perform quality checks while coordinating changeovers and line packaging activities.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, strong teamwork, good communication, and basic troubleshooting skills to maintain continuous production in a fast-paced environment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operation difficulties.
• Gas-off time management and changeover coordination.
• Record downtime and complete pallet tickets with counts.
• Collect samples for quality assurance as required.
• Follow safety protocols and keep area clean and organized.
