Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company seeks a Machine Operator responsible for the overall quality and efficiency of the coffee packaging line. You will ensure safe operation, supervise related activities, and report to the Production Manager.

Duties include operating equipment, completing documents, adjusting packaging, inspecting bags, recording downtime, and supporting quality and safety protocols on a fast-paced production floor.

• Completes all required documents and checklists relating to equipment operation and reports malfunctions.
• Interprets work orders to ensure proper materials and specifications are followed.
• Troubleshoots and resolves basic to moderate operation issues.
• Performs packaging, labeling, and palletizing tasks.
• Records downtime and completes changeover sheets as needed.
