Responsabilidades

• Operates production equipment safely and efficiently to meet production and waste goals.
• Completes all required documents and checklists, reports malfunctions to supervisor/maintenance.
• Interprets work orders to ensure proper materials and specs are followed.
• Troubleshoots and resolves basic-to-moderate operation difficulties.
• Ensures coffee has adequate time to gas-off and coordinates change-overs.
• Adjusts packaging equipment and film/boxes to the correct sizes.
• Programs packaging machines based on the manufacturing spec sheet.
• Performs visual, weight, and seal inspections on packages.
