Job summary

Fresh Roasted Coffee LLC is seeking a Production Associate for Coffee Order Fulfillment in Sunbury, PA. This hands-on role involves grinding fresh coffee, packing products, and preparing shipments to ensure every order leaves our facility accurate and ready to delight customers.

You will work 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a pay rate of $17 per hour. No prior experience required, but strong attention to detail and reliability are valued as we produce high-quality

Qualifications

• Previous production/packaging/order fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when preparing customer orders.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Interest in coffee and pride in producing quality products.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack coffee, tea, and related products according to order details.
• Grind coffee to the customer's requested specification to ensure freshness and accuracy.
• Prepare packages and print shipping labels for carrier pickup.
• Inspect packaging to ensure products meet quality and freshness standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized production and packing area.
• Report product or inventory discrepancies to a supervisor.
• Assist with general production, packaging, and fulfillment tasks as needed.
• Support team efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
