Blackout Coffee Co. seeks a Coffee Production Operator to oversee grinding, flavoring, bagging, and quality control on the production line. You will perform routine machine maintenance and ensure accurate labeling while maintaining safety standards.

The role emphasizes precision in measurements, adherence to procedures, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. This full-time position runs 8-hour shifts, primarily Monday–Friday with some Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Dependable and punctual with strong math skills for recipes.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to uphold safety standards and follow procedures.
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds and working in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding equipment and apply flavoring to meet specs.
• Run and maintain bagging and sealing equipment with accurate labeling.
• Inspect products for freshness, flavor, and packaging integrity.
• Perform routine checks, cleaning, and maintenance on production equipment.
• Adhere to safety policies and food production standards.
