Job summary

New England Coffee, a brand of Reily Foods Company, is expanding its fulfillment team in Malden, MA. The Order Fulfillment Associate will pick, pack, and ship customer orders, support inventory, and maintain a clean, safe workspace for about 25-27 hours per week with an 8:00 am start.

This role requires reliability, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift 30 lbs. Spanish is a plus, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or food production.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English (Spanish a plus).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, process, and fulfill daily online orders.
• Accurately pick, pack, and verify items prior to shipment.
• Prepare and stage outgoing shipments for multiple carriers.
• Perform stock counts, replenishment, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report product, quality, or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist with customer order inquiries as needed.
• Support additional departmental tasks as required.

Position Overview

The Order Fulfillment Associate ensures customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This hands-on role supports fulfillment operations including order processing, inventory management, materials handling, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. We are looking for an individual for 25-27 hrs. per week start time 8am with flexible end time as the business needs fluctuate season to season.
