Equator Coffees in San Rafael, CA is seeking a Production Associate to fulfill wholesale and retail orders with accuracy and speed. Qualifications

• Follow direction and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill wholesale and retail orders accurately and efficiently.
• Learn to operate weigh & fill machines, band sealers, scales, grinders, label printers, and the Entrada E2 Portion Pack.
• Restock inventory and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Communicate with teammates to ensure accurate fulfillment and production.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance as needed.
• Show initiative and a positive, professional attitude.
