Job summary

New England Coffee, a brand of Reily Foods Company, seeks an Order Fulfillment Associate for Malden, MA. This part-time role starts at 8am and runs 25–27 hours weekly, with flexible end times as needed seasonally.

The position supports fulfillment operations including order processing, inventory management, and safe work practices in a busy environment. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to lift up to 30 lbs, and capable of working with a small team.

Qualifications

• Experience in fulfillment or warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or food production.
• English reading/writing and clear communication; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, process, and fulfill daily online orders.
• Accurately pick, pack, and verify items prior to shipment.
• Prepare and stage outgoing shipments for multiple carriers.
• Perform stock counts, replenishment, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report product, quality, or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist with customer order inquiries as needed.
• Support additional departmental tasks as required.

We are expanding and seeking a dependable, motivated individual to join our team.

Position Overview

The Order Fulfillment Associate ensures customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This hands-on role supports fulfillment operations including order processing, inventory management, materials handling, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. We are looking for an individual for 25-27 hrs. per week start time 8am with flexible end time as the business needs fluctuate season to season.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, process, and fulfill daily online orders
• Accurately pick, pack, and verify items prior to shipment
• Prepare and stage outgoing shipments for multiple carriers
• Perform stock counts, replenishment, and general inventory control
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications

• Experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or food production
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English (Spanish a plus)
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. and perform physical tasks (standing, climbing, reaching, etc.)
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
