Job summary

Equator Coffees is seeking a Production Associate and Delivery Driver for the Roasting Facility to support order fulfillment and local deliveries in the Bay Area. This role requires strong organization, a proactive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers opportunities for growth, with a shift that may include early mornings or Sunday coverage, and a focus on accurate production and top-quality coffee handling.

Qualifications

• Delivery experience or similar logistics experience.
• Able to work well in a team and communicate clearly.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Clean driving record and safe driving history.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill wholesale and retail orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate weigh and fill machines, band sealers, scales and grinders.
• Communicate with team to ensure accurate fulfillment and production.
• Learn delivery routes for Bay Area deliveries and assist current driver.
