Qualifications

• Hands-on repair experience with electrical or plumbing components.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Willingness to work on-site at coffee accounts.
• Strong written notes and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform 2–3 service calls per day at commercial coffee accounts.
• Use a multimeter to measure voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity.
• Read electrical and hydraulic diagrams to trace faults.
• Identify outlet types and plumbing thread sizes; build adapters.
• Disassemble and reassemble components with care.
• Reference parts diagrams and machine documentation for parts.
• Write accurate service notes.
• Manage tickets and time through ServiceTitan.
• Explain findings to customers in plain language.
• Taste coffee to verify machine calibration after repair.
