Job summary

Ronnoco Beverage Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician in the Lexington, KY region to travel to customer sites and keep coffee, beverage and water filtration systems running smoothly.

As an on-site technician, you will install, repair, and maintain equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot issues while delivering excellent customer service. A valid high school diploma and hands-on mechanical/electrical skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical and electrical know‑how to diagnose, repair, and replace parts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to keep coffee, cold beverage, and water filtration equipment running.
• Install, maintain, repair, and remove brewing equipment, grinders, and filtration units.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot issues and spot repair trends.
• Manage spare parts inventory and log service calls on a handheld device.
• Assist with product delivery when needed.
