Westrock Coffee Company is seeking a Machine Operator I -- Batching (MO1) to efficiently operate batching equipment for coffee production in Conway, Arkansas. You will ensure blends meet specifications, maintain batch records, and support packaging lines while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in manufacturing, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; 2+ years in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to follow specs and use manuals.
• Proactive, safety-conscious with PPE compliance.

Responsabilités

• Operate batching equipment to prepare coffee blends per specs.
• Monitor and adjust batching parameters for consistency.
• Perform pre-batch checks including weight and blend verification.
• Coordinate with QA to collect batch samples.
• Maintain batch records (numbers, lot codes, times).
• Support packaging with timely batched deliveries.
• Troubleshoot batching issues and resolve them.
• Follow safety and quality protocols, PPE usage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
