S&D Coffee in Conway, AR, is seeking a Machine Operator I -- Batching (MO1) to safely operate batching equipment and prepare coffee blends per manufacturing specs. You will collaborate with the Processing Supervisor and team to maintain product integrity and throughput.

Responsibilities include monitoring batch parameters, performing pre-batch checks, coordinating with QA for samples, and maintaining accurate batch records while supporting timely delivery to packaging lines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, ability to read specifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Operates batching equipment to prepare coffee blends according to specifications.
• Selects batching bins and initiates batching via computer interface.
• Monitors and adjusts batching parameters for quality and consistency.
• Performs pre-batch checks including weight and blend verification.
• Coordinates with QA to collect and submit batch samples.
• Keeps records of batch numbers, lot codes, and production times.
• Supports packaging with timely, accurate delivery of batched coffee.
• Troubleshoots and resolves basic to moderate batching issues.
• Adheres to safety and quality protocols, PPE usage, and cleanliness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
