Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Exceptional customer service and communications skills (both written and verbal).
• Positive attitude and great personal drive.
• Willingness and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work on weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.
• Capable of lifting 50lbs of inventory/supplies.
• Must be TABC certified (if location sells beer/wine).
• Must have a current Food Handler Certificate & badge.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash and credit card transactions and issue correct change.
• Assist customers with purchases by describing drinks in detail.
• Operate a cash register and related systems and process daily paperwork.
• Upsell on every check.
• Ensure security by keeping passwords confidential and unauthorized access out.
• Provide quick, efficient, and pleasant service to customers.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
