Job summary

Wet Willie's in Amarillo, TX is seeking a friendly server to provide food and beverage service, take and relay orders via the POS, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

You will greet guests, explain specials, and deliver meals while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with liquor policies. This role requires standing for long periods and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Service of food and/or beverages, including taking orders, delivering, and clearing items.
• Check station before, during and after shift for set-up and cleanliness.
• Greet guests, explain specials and promotions for guest awareness.
• Take orders and input them into the POS to inform the kitchen.
• Retrieve orders, confirm accuracy, and deliver to guests.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies for serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
