Job summary

Magnolia Press in Waco, Texas seeks a friendly Barista to deliver prompt service and quality beverages while keeping a clean, welcoming environment. You will educate guests on the menu, operate the POS, and work with a team to uphold Magnolia standards.

This role requires weekend and evening availability, a high school diploma or GED preferred, and a Food Handler's license upon hire. Prior cafe or retail experience is a plus, and you will contribute to a positive, fast-paced kitchen atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of related work experience preferred.
• Food Handler's license required upon hire.
• Must be available to work weekends, evenings, special events, and holidays as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt service and guest satisfaction.
• Educate guests by presenting and explaining the menu and answering questions.
• Prepare beverages following Magnolia recipes and ensure quality.
• Perform cash wrap and POS duties in an efficient and timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and comply with safety guidelines.
• Assist in other Magnolia foods entities as business needs require.
