Responsibilities

• Cash and credit card handling functions, and issuing correct change
• Assisting customers with their purchases by making drink suggestions or describing drinks in detail
• Operating a cash register, computer and paper cataloging systems and processing daily paperwork and forms
• Up sales on every check
• Ensures that unauthorized persons are not operating their assigned cash register and keeps passwords confidential
• Ensures customers are waited on quickly, efficiently and in a pleasant manner
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as presenting professional conduct and appearance at all times
• Adhering to company policies and procedures
