Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics seeks a COE Manager for Engineering & Supplier Enablement to shape the Global AWS Supplier Enablement Program. You will coordinate with AWS Vendor Engagement, drive standardized processes, tools, and governance, and manage complex supplier initiatives across regions.

You will collaborate with operations, IT, quality, and safety teams to ensure compliant, scalable solutions and measurable KPIs, while advancing continuous improvement and automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline; an engineering degree is preferred.
• Experience with VMI, supplier operations, warehousing, data-center logistics, technology customers, or complex global accounts is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities including capacity modeling, KPI development, and business-case preparation.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, value-stream mapping, and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into specifications for processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AWS Supplier Engagement and Global Supplier Managers to support the AWS Vendor Managed Inventory model.
• Translate requirements into a harmonized global Supplier Enablement Program with standardized processes and dashboards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement supplier-enablement solutions.
• Lead or support pilots, testing, implementation, and post-launch validation.
• Define requirements for supplier-management tools, reporting platforms, and data interfaces.
