• Ability to communicate complex information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit clinical documentation and coding for accuracy.
• Develop reports reflecting audit findings and present them to leadership.
• Provide coding and compliance guidance to offshore coding teams.
• Research and update coding and compliance standards.
