Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience, or at least 6 months as a team lead in Central Billing Office.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise billing staff and ensure accurate charge submission and AR follow-up.
• Monitor reports and work queues; drive timely billing and denials management.
• Identify issues, propose improvements and coordinate with leadership and staff.
• Interact with vendors on billing and collections; support front-end staff in verification of insurance information.
• Educate staff on CPT/ICD-10 updates and payer policies; ensure compliance.
