Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an Educator/Trainer to support PB Coding and Coding Integrity teams. The full-time, fully remote position offers 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule and a competitive pay range.

Candidates should have recent production coding or coding integrity experience. Certification through AHIMA or AAPC is required. Remote work is available in multiple states, including AK, AL, and others.

Schedule Details/Additional Information: Will support

Educator/Trainer role supporting PB Coding and Coding Integrity teams.

Desired experience: Recent production coding and/or coding integrity experience preferred.

Specialty coding experience preferred, including surgical, anesthesia, pain management, hepatology, nephrology, anticoagulation, radiation oncology, interventional radiology, dental coding, and other physician specialty areas.

Schedule

Full-time, fully remote (Monday-Friday) with a flexible schedule.

Certification required

Coding Certification issued by one of the following certifying bodies: American Academy of Coders (AAPC), or American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).
