UASI seeks an experienced Coding Audit and Client Manager to oversee client delivery, retention, and growth. The role requires exceptional communication, consulting skills, and strong HIM industry expertise to drive successful engagements.

You will lead kickoff meetings, align service deliverables with contracts, and collaborate with sales to uncover opportunities while ensuring profitability and project scope compliance across all engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and consulting skills with industry knowledge in health information management.
• Proven leadership and client management capabilities.
• Experience in mid-revenue cycle operations and related HIM trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage client delivery, scope, and expectations with regular communications.
• Lead client kick-off meetings and collaborate with sales to identify opportunities.
• Assess current state, propose actions, and monitor project profitability and metrics.
• Ensure changes to scope are documented and approved, maintain documentation.
• Serve as subject matter expert to balance quality and profitability across projects.
