About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Provide support, direction, and technical assistance to Coding staff.
  • Manage staffing needs for assigned clients, identify requirements, and work with Staffing Teams to fill openings efficiently.
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and utilization within the Coding team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate on the interview team and mentor staff for professional development.
  • Approve scheduling requests to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Review and approve timesheets and ensure accuracy of invoices.
  • Mentor and train staff on project deliverables, client communication, methodologies, data analysis, and trends.
  • Collaborate with Client Success Teams to identify client needs and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the CQR Team to achieve quality expectations and identify development opportunities.
  • Serve as a talent magnet and leverage professional network, demonstrating expertise through market‑facing activities.
  • Comply with UASI’s policies regarding protected health information.
