Innova Solutions is seeking a Remote Pediatric ProFee Coder for a full-time, long-term position. The role requires expertise in ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and payer guidelines, with proficiency in Epic and 3M encoder systems. Candidates must have 3+ years of ProFee coding and AHIMA or AAPC certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent ProFee coding experience.
• AHIMA or AAPC certification required.
• Specialty Experience (Must have One or more specialties).
• OB/GYN: Vaginal and cesarean deliveries, hysterectomies (including robotic-assisted procedures), prenatal care, and maternity services.
• Neonatology: NICU, neonatal critical care, intubations, and umbilical catheter procedures.
• Pediatric Hospital Medicine: Escharotomy procedures and lumbar punctures.
• Cardiology: Cardiac catheterizations, cardiac MRI, echocardiograms, EKGs, and stress testing.

A client of Innova Solutions/ComforceHealth is immediately hiring for a Full-Time Pediatric Profee Coder.

Position type: FULL TIME
Duration: Long Term Contract
Location: Remote

As a(n) Profee Coderyou will:

• Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and payer-specific guidelines


• Experience coding complex professional fee surgical cases


• Experience using Epic and 3M encoder/coding systems


• Ability to maintain high levels of coding accuracy, productivity, and compliance


• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills

The ideal candidate will have:

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

Pay Range*: $32-35/hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
