Job summary

The role involves querying physicians for documentation clarification and performing duties within approved practices, with independent judgment under established guidelines. One year of outpatient coding experience or internship is required.

Queries physicians for clarification on documentation. Performs duties within approved practices, exercising independent judgment within pre-determined guidelines.
