Job summary

GE HealthCare’s Heartbeat-driven initiative seeks an experienced Enterprise Program Manager to translate software development transformation into an integrated, executable program. You will co-lead with the Product Director to define the plan, governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment for the Intelerad integration and broader adoption across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree inEngineering, CS, Biomed, Business or related field required.
• 8+ years leading complex cross-functional programs in software or healthcare tech.
• Experience with enterprise program plans, multi-workstream coordination, and exec reporting.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, agile, DevSecOps concepts and regulated quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the integrated enterprise program plan for Codeflow and related work.
• Translate transformation architecture into executable workstreams and governance.
• Lead leadership reviews, steering committee prep, and executive updates.
• Coordinate across engineering, quality, regulatory, product, cybersecurity, and external partners.
• Ensure adoption milestones and scalable plans beyond initial integration.
