Qualifications

• 7+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional enterprise transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs enabling Service Center Strategy, including planning, governance, and realization of strategic initiatives.
• Partner with regional leaders to define future-state operating models and transfer roadmaps.
• Drive standardization of processes, data models, and performance metrics across service operations.
• Accelerate automation, analytics, AI, and process mining to modernize service operations.
