Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Business, Program Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in software, medical devices, regulated healthcare technology, or enterprise transformation.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile ways of working, DevSecOps concepts, product development processes, and regulated quality system expectations.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the integrated enterprise program plan for Codeflow and related transformations.
• Coordinate operating cadences, governance, decision logs, and stakeholder communications.
• Align activities across engineering, regulatory, quality, product management, cybersecurity, and external consultants.
• Track program health across scope, timeline, capacity, and adoption progress.
• Drive risk identification, mitigation plans, and executive updates.
• Create clear goals, timelines, and expected outcomes for each workstream.
