Job summary

Chameleon Integrated Services is seeking an executive-level CIO technical leader to serve as the CODE Services Task Lead / CODE Strategy Support. This role is primarily based in Linthicum Heights, MD and interfaces with the CIO and leadership.

You will drive enterprise IT and cyberspace strategy, architecture, cloud and data strategies, governance, and resource allocation analyses. The ideal candidate comes from senior DoD CIO offices or comparable national-security IT programs, with experience

Qualifications

• Active PMP certification required and ongoing compliance.
• Active TS/SCI clearance eligibility required.
• Minimum 1 year in last 3 years leading multi-discipline teams IT/Cyberspace, Cybersecurity, Software, and Data/AI.
• Proven experience briefing CIO and CISO on agency-wide actions in past 5 years.
• 2+ years overseeing personnel executing orders from USCYBERCOM or equivalent.
• 3+ years leading teams in classified/unclassified networks and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical interface to CIO and CISO regarding enterprise architecture actions.
• Lead development and alignment of IT enterprise strategic initiatives and roadmaps.
• Oversee global teams delivering cyberspace operations, cybersecurity, software engineering, and data/AI.
• Supervise personnel handling USCYBERCOM orders and taskers.
• Manage infrastructure engineering across unclassified to TS/SCI environments.
• Guide migrations to multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud environments with data strategy.
