Cipher Tech Solutions, Inc. in the Greater Baltimore Area is looking for a candidate to assist the CIO Services Task lead in managing a large cross-functional team.

You will be the primary point of contact between the client and the company, focusing on technical implementation and program oversight. The ideal candidate will hold a Top Secret clearance and have substantial experience leading teams in government and private sector environments.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with active TS clearance.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related.
• 8+ years post-graduate experience.
• 1 year of recent leadership experience.
• Experience briefing a CIO and CISO.
• 3 years' experience in infrastructure management.
• 3 years' experience with network security.
• 1 year of experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• 2 years' experience in cloud migration.
• 2 years' experience with modern data strategies.

Responsibilities
