Job summary

SAIC seeks a CIO Services Task Lead / CIO Strategy Support in Linthicum, MD, onsite. The role serves as the main contact for the DC3 CIO Directorate, driving enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives across the DC3 mission and priorities. A TS/SCI clearance and PMP certification are required.

The position requires strategic IT leadership, portfolio governance, and experience with multi-cloud/hybrid environments, CI/CD, and data strategies to ensure mission-critical operations.

Qualifications

• US Citizen and active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and nine or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Minimum 1 year leading and supervising teams performing DoDI 8140.01 workforce elements: IT, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Data/AI.
• Experience briefing a CIO and CISO on agency-wide actions to enable unity of effort.
• Minimum 2 years overseeing personnel executing orders from USCYBERCOM or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams in Government/private networking and infrastructure (classified/unclassified).
• Minimum 2 years leading migration of legacy systems to multi-cloud/hybrid-cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary POC for the DC3 CIO Directorate.
• Drive enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiative execution for DC3.
• Develop and align IT enterprise strategic initiatives with the DC3 mission and cyber frameworks.
• Oversee DC3 enterprise IT architecture and cloud strategy, data strategy in alignment with the mission.
• Govern and structure DC3 enterprise portfolios; implement reporting and communication mechanisms.
• Optimize allocation of IT resources; perform cost-benefit analyses for build/buy decisions.
• Brief the CIO and CISO on planned and directed actions to enable unity of effort.
• Supervise teams issuing orders from USCYBERCOM or subordinate Commanders.
