Job summary

cFocus Software Incorporated seeks a CODE Services Task Lead / CODE Strategy Support to guide USAF IT and cybersecurity efforts. The role is on-site in Linthicum Heights, MD, requiring TS/SCI clearance and strong leadership in enterprise IT, cloud, and data strategy.

The candidate will coordinate architecture, strategy, and external partnerships, while supervising teams across cyberspace IT, software, and data initiatives. A CISSP/CIO/CISO briefing background and DoD-style workflows are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• B.S. Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Active PMP certification
• Minimum of one year leading and supervising teams (last 3 years)
• Experience briefing CIO and CISO on agency-wide actions for unity of effort
• Minimum of two years overseeing personnel issuing orders by USCYBERCOM or subordinate commanders
• Minimum of three years leading teams in Government/private networking & infrastructure environments
• Minimum of three years building, operating, securing LAN/WAN with IPv6, VPN, cloud, virtualization, storage
• Five years unified communications design/install/maintenance for multi-level classifications
• One year leading CI/CD teams using containerization & IaC
• Two years migrating legacy systems to multi-cloud/hybrid environments
• Two years leading data lake projects and modern data strategies
• One year briefing CIO/CISO on agency-wide actions

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of IT and cybersecurity initiatives aligned with DC3 mission and frameworks
• Guide enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, and data strategy; ensure interoperability
• Govern enterprise IT portfolios, processes, reporting, and monthly strategy deliverables
• Conduct data-driven analyses to inform build-vs-buy decisions and investments
• Coordinate stakeholders and agencies to adopt new technologies and external partnerships
• Oversee enterprise debt audits, security gaps, and data schema maintenance
• Lead trade studies and total cost of ownership analyses before legacy changes
• Brief CIO/CISO leadership and supervise cross-disciplinary teams in cyberspace IT, cybersecurity, software engineering, and data/AI
